Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer inbound customer calls and address inquiries.
2. Provide product/service information, resolve issues, and assist with orders.
3. Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
4. Record customer details and interactions in CRM.
5. Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem-solving ability and patience.
• Previous customer service or telecalling experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
