Job Description

• Conduct Inbound/Outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products & services.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle objections and address customer concerns effectively to close leads.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
