Job Title: Team Leader – Telecalling (Non-Sales)

Job DescriptionAmii Business Support Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Telecalling (Non-Sales) to manage and guide a team of telecallers handling customer interactions and backend support activities. This role is strictly non-sales and target-free, focused on quality communication, process adherence, and team productivity.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, monitor, and support a team of telecallers
  • Ensure daily calling activities are carried out as per process guidelines
  • Maintain call quality and customer interaction standards
  • Handle escalations and support team members in resolving issues
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance and attendance reports
  • Conduct regular team briefings and feedback sessions
  • Coordinate with management to implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum experience as a Team Leader or Senior Telecaller
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in BPO, KPO, or Business Support Services
  • Calm, patient, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
