Job Description
Role: E-Channel / Digital Sales Executive
Payroll: ICICI Lombard (On Roll)
Description:
- Handle digital & outbound sales for insurance products
- Engage with customers through calls and digital channels
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduation mandatory
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Outbound sales experience preferred
- Insurance / sales knowledge is an added advantage
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Strong sales mindset and thought process
Shift & Work Details:
- Shift Timings: Rotational (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Week Off: 2 rotational offs (Saturday & Sunday not fixed)
Salary & Incentives:
- Freshers: ₹2.10 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives
- Experienced: ₹2.79 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives
- Upto ₹27,000 Inhand Salary (Performance-based)
