Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound The role involves promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and close deals
• Address customer objections professionally and confidently
• Provide feedback on customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Education & ExperienceMinimum: High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing,
