Humein ek energetic Telesales Executive chahiye jo motor insurance renewal process handle kare. Candidate ka kaam existing customers ko call karna, policy renewal ke options samjhana aur sales close karna hoga.
Responsibilities:
Existing customers ko motor insurance renewal ke liye outbound calls karna
Customers ko policy ke features, benefits aur premium details samjhana
Insurance renewal sales close karna
Pending renewals par follow-up karna
Policy, endorsement aur claims se related basic queries handle karna
CRM mein customer aur call details update karna
Daily aur monthly renewal targets achieve karna
Policy issuance aur documentation ke liye internal team ke saath coordination
Company aur IRDA guidelines ka proper follow karna
