Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for Telemarketing Executives with a strong inclination toward sales and client interaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads and converting them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads to introduce and promote company products/services.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized quotations accordingly.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Maintain and update lead database, CRM records, and sales reports.
• Track and report weekly sales pipeline and performance.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong persuasive ability.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SEO and social media platforms is a plus.
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
