Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, explaining our value proposition, and closing sales. You will thrive if you are a persuasive communicator who views "no" as a challenge rather than a rejection.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Outreach: Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective customers using a provided database or CRM list.
• Consultative Selling: Follow scripts to deliver a consistent message, but adapt your pitch based on the customer’s specific needs and pain points.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers quickly to establish trust and maintain a positive brand image.
• Pipeline Management: Accurate record-keeping of calls, sales leads, and customer feedback within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume and monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
• Objection Handling: Confidently address customer doubts, pricing concerns, and competitors with pre-defined strategies.
• Follow-Ups: Manage a schedule of follow-up calls to nurture leads who aren’t ready to buy on the first contact.
