Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to distributors, retailers, and channel partners to generate sales
- Promote company products/services and explain features & benefits
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and identify new opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and pending orders to ensure closure
- Handle distributor inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order fulfillment
- Share regular sales reports and feedback with the manager
