Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound sales inquiries
- Identify customer requirements and pitch products/services effectively
- Convert leads into sales while achieving daily and monthly targets
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals
- Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
- Handle objections professionally and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation
Qualifications
- HSC / Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / BPO Sales preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills (V3 & V4)
- Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion abilities
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
