Role: - Tele sales (Inbound & Outbound)

Qualification: Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate (Any Stream)

Job Responsibilities:

Inbound Calls: Handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and assist in resolving issues or concerns.

Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers, promote services/products, and generate sales leads.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.

Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments in the system.

Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.

Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.

Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen and address customer needs effectively.

Confidence: Ability to approach and communicate with customers with confidence.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

No Prior Experience Required: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Qualification: Minimum of 12th grade completion; degree preferred.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer concerns and queries promptly and
