Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Understand customer requirements and close sales
• Maintain and update customer databases regularly
• Take and process orders accurately
• Handle grievances to preserve company reputation
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers
