Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Vashi Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full Time


Role Objective

We are looking for a high-energy Telesales Executive to drive our sales growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for influencing them to purchase our products/services through persuasive communication and a deep understanding of their needs.


Key Responsibilities

 * Outbound Prospecting: Initiate cold calls to potential customers using a provided directory to promote our services.

 * Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly to convert interest into sales.

 * Product Knowledge: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to address customer pain points.

 * Relationship Building: Maintain a database of customers and nurture long-term relationships for repeat business.

 * Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

 * Data Integrity: Accurately record all call details, customer feedback, and sales progress in our CRM system.


Requirements & Skills

 * Communication: Excellent verbal communication and an ability to build rapport over the phone.

 * Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude when dealing with rejection.

 * Persuasion: Proven ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

 * Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic MS Office.

 * Education: [High School Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business].

 * Experience: [X] years of experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
