TeleSales Executive - E-Channel (ICICI Lombard)
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls for digital insurance sales
- Understand customer needs and pitch suitable insurance products
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow sales processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Fresher / Exp. Both Can Apply
- Experience in outbound sales preferred
- Knowledge of insurance/sales is an added advantage
- Languages: Hindi & English required
- Good communication and selling skills
Shift Details:
- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotational)
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week-offs (Saturday & Sunday not fixed)
Salary & Benefits:
- Freshers: ₹2.10 LPA CTC + Unlimited Incentives
- Experienced: ₹3.70 LPA CTC + Unlimited Incentives
- Inhand salary up to ₹27,000 (performance-based)
