Job Description
Job Title: E-Channel (Digital Sales) – On Roll
Employment Type: Directly on Bank's Payroll
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good thought process and sales aptitude
- Prior experience in outbound sales processes preferred
- Knowledge of insurance or sales will be an added advantage
- Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Work Details:Rotational shifts: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs (Saturday and Sunday not fixed)
- Salary Details:Freshers: ₹2.10 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives
- Experienced (0–2 years): ₹2.79 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives (up to ₹27,000 in-hand)
