*Key Responsibilities:*  

- Make outbound calls to explain vehicle features.  

- Generate leads and schedule test drives.  

- Follow up with customers for feedback and sales support.  

- Maintain records in the CRM system.  

- Collaborate with sales teams to meet targets.  

*Requirements:*  

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (automobile preferred).  

- Strong communication skills.  

- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.  

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
