We are now looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join our growing
team and drive business growth by promoting our high-quality hoist solutions to leading builders
and civil contractors.
Job Summary
As an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Liftec’s
market presence in India. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new opportunities, build
strong client relationships, and drive sales for our Man & Material Hoists within the construction
industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Identify and target potential customers in the construction industry.
• Generate leads through web research, client networking, and referrals.
• Conduct client visits and hoist demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide clients with detailed technical and commercial insights about the hoists.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and coordinate hoist delivery schedules promptly.
3. Market Analysis
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and monitor competitor activities.
• Share market insights with the team to identify areas for improvement.
4. Quotations & Proposals
• Prepare competitive quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies.
5. Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
6. Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and progress
updates.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the management.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of hoists, lifting equipment, or similar products is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
