Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Travel Consultant to manage and grow our network of business clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management within the B2B space.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate travel managers.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailor-made travel solutions (flights, hotels, packages, MICE, etc.).
• Prepare and send quotations, itineraries, and proposals in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, ticketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct product training and presentations for agency partners and clients.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers and clients to maximize profit margins.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to recommend enhancements to offerings.
• Handle after-sales service and resolve client issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
