Job Description:

Experience:

• Candidates with 1–7 years of experience

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the BFSI industry (for experienced profiles)

• Customer-facing sales experience in any industry is acceptable

• Prior life insurance experience is not mandatory but preferred

• Candidates who have done LANE mapping / field prospecting / cold calling / approached unknown customers for product pitching are strongly preferred

• Any full-time Graduate (Mandatory)

• Age Up to 35 years

• Bike Must

• Lead the team of advisers

• Motivate them to achieve targets
