Unit Sales Manager

About the RoleICICI Lombard is looking for enthusiastic and driven Unit Sales Managers – Retention (Renewal) for its Mumbai Contact Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer renewals, retaining clients, and delivering superior customer service through voice-based interactions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls related to policy renewals and retention.
• Ensure timely follow-up with existing customers for policy continuation.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while focusing on renewals.
• Maintain strong communication in both English and Hindi.
• Address customer queries effectively and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve renewal targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in mock calls and demonstrate product understanding.

• Qualifications & Skills Required Education: Graduate (Full-time/Part-time).
• Experience: 0–2+ years (Freshers welcome).
• Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi.
• Clear thought process and understanding of call centre operations.
• Knowledge of customer service & sales skills.
• Ability to explain: Why ICICI Lombard, What is Customer Service, and What qualities are needed for Customer Care Executives.

• Work Environment Working Days: 5 days a week.
• Week Off: 2 days (rotational).
• Shift Timings: Fixed shift, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM.

• Process: Voice-only (No transport provided).

• Salary & BenefitsFresher CTC: ₹1.75 LPA (Approx. ₹12,500 in-hand/month).
• Experienced CTC (0–2+ years): Up to ₹2.50 LPA (Approx. ₹18,000 in-hand/month).
