Job Description
- Shall be ready to report on any shift timings - Working shift timing start at 05:00 to 24:00 - You shall be deployed in any of the shifts in coordination with your Supervisor
- Field Working hours will be 12 hours from the time of reporting
- Candidates from Assam, UP, Jammu based in and round Vashi will have an added advantage
- Shall be well groomed on duty
- Shall be swift in basic mathematical calculations and usage of currency
- Shall be swift in local directions and identification of housing societies
- Shall be well versed in local distribution localities
- Shall be good in accounting of number crates loaded in the vehicle order wise
- Shall be swift in settlement of goods to the customer door step and collection of empty crates, cash or digital payments
- Shall direct the driver on the right route to the required destination
- Shall be polite and coordinative with driver
- Shall be polite while speaking to the customer on the phone or face to face
- Shall ensure safety of Self, driver and the Cargo during transit
- Shall be responsible for any shortage of good or cash while settlement
- Shall ensure that undelivered be brought back to the FC carefully
- Shall report to the Supervisor time to time and follow the instruction from the supervisor
- Strictly follow the instruction briefed during the training process, incase of any query post training - when on field - call back the customer service to clarify and then move ahead
- You shall be inducted into service agreement / contract with the company, which shall be renewed year on year.
- As this is an incentivised position, it is upto the candidate to request for holidays if required and avail.
- Any request for leave if in case required shall be informed at least 1 day prior to the reporting Supervisor
- All payments are based on Per Order delivered to the end customer at his door step, if not delivered there is no payment for that order.
