🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands attention.

Not just cuts and transitions — but storytelling, pacing, psychology, and how Instagram’s reel algorithm works.

You should be comfortable editing:

• AI-generated video reels
• Podcast teasers
• Automotive modification reels
• High-retention short-form content

If you think in hooks, retention graphs, and scroll-stopping openings — this role is for you.

🎥 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Edit high-retention Instagram Reels (30–60 sec format)
• Create AI-based video reels using tools like Runway, Pika etc.
• Edit podcast long-form into engaging teasers
• Add cinematic B-rolls, subtitles, motion graphics & sound design
• Edit automotive modification reels (cars, interiors, upgrades, etc.)
• Craft strong hooks in first 3 seconds
• Maintain brand tone & storytelling consistency
• Understand reel algorithm (watch time, retention, loop factor, hook rate)
• Suggest creative improvements instead of just executing instructions

🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has strong storytelling sense
• Understands short-form content psychology
• Knows pacing, jump cuts, pattern interrupts
• Has edited automotive content before (important)
• Knows how to turn podcasts into viral teaser clips
• Understands Instagram reel trends & algorithm basics
• Can work fast without compromising quality
• Is proactive & doesn’t need constant follow-ups

🛠 Technical Skills Required

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut (at least one mandatory)
• After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
• AI video tools experience (Runway / Pika / similar)
• Subtitle styling & dynamic text animation
• Sound design & background score selection
