Virtual Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build & maintain strong partner relationships.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls.
• Resolve queries and provide timely support.
• Drive retention & partner satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and updates.
• Become first point of contact for business partners by maintaining strong relationship
• Become custodian of business partner and resolve all his/her queries/problems through internal stakeholder collaboration
• Assist business partners with routine business transaction such as Quote, Quote modification, Payment links, Timely reminders etc.
• Keep a close tab of assigned base of partners for their healthy business growth
• Maintain proper disposition of calls and respond timely to business partner calls/emails/messages

Must Haves:

• Excellent communication & listening skills
• Hindi/English
• Graduate with minimum 6 months - 3 years of experience

Required Qualification / Experience:

Full Time Graduate
