Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Yes Bank Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism at all times.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Provide information about banking products, services, and account details.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Maintain customer interaction records and follow compliance guidelines.
  • Assist customers with digital banking and general queries.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
