Field Sales Executive

BHsquare Solar Installation & Services is hiring Field Sales Executives to generate solar leads in Navsari & nearby locations. Flexible working hours + high incentive earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in local area

• Generate minimum 5 leads per month

• Explain solar system & subsidy

• Share daily updates

• Coordinate for quotation & site visit

• No office reporting required

• Marketing material provided

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Two-wheeler preferred

• Freshers welcome

Salary & Benefits:

₹10,000 fixed

5 lead per month target

₹3,000 incentive per confirmed order after 5 target complate

No upper incentive limit

₹1,000 penalty if target not met

Monthly earning potential: ₹15,000 – ₹100,000+

No office reporting
