ICU Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and clinical condition of critically ill patients
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps)
• Assist doctors during procedures and emergency situations
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
• Provide pre- and post-operative critical care
• Follow infection control, safety, and hospital protocols
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations
• Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families
