Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead and manage the sales team, drive property sales, achieve revenue targets, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate should have proven experience in residential or commercial real estate sales. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project-wise sales targets


• Lead, train, and manage the sales team (Sales Executives / Channel Partners)

• Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations

• Generate sales through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals

• Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, bookings, and conversions

• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns

• Ensure proper follow-up and closure of leads

• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers

• Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth booking-to-handover process

• Track competitor activities and market trends

• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation and collections
