Job Description
We are hiring an Experienced Real Estate Telecaller to generate leads, handle customer inquiries and Sales by scheduling site visits and follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate telecalling and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate projects
• Handle inbound calls and respond to property-related inquiries
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
• Share details about property location, pricing, amenities, and offers
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Follow up with interested clients regularly
• Maintain call records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
