Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves engaging with potential buyers and investors over the phone, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.

• Key Responsibilities :-

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and offers.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by addressing queries and providing timely updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

• Required Skills:-

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property types.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
