HR Operations – Contract Labour (Short Description)
Handle onboarding, attendance, and documentation of contract labour. Coordinate with contractors for manpower requirements and wage processing. Ensure compliance with labour laws like and statutory benefits such as (PF) and (ESIC). Maintain labour records, MIS reports, and support workforce management at the site.
