- Source  suitable candidates through various platform database, head-hunting, field recruiting, employee references and social media etc.

- Keeping up-to-date on current hiring, providing recruitment reports to a reporting manager.

- Knowing tracking mechanism in end-to-end recruitment and maintaining excel sheet of employees.

- Experience in developing field recruiting strategy & specialist in hiring delivery executives.
