Sales & Marketing Executive

Sanghvi Ceramics is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive who can drive walk-in conversions, manage customer relationships, and contribute to consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements effectively
• Pitch products confidently and close sales efficiently
• Maintain strong coordination with internal teams (billing, dispatch, design, inventory)
• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales reports
• Maintain accurate records using computer systems/software

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Tiles and Ceramics Industry is preferred (retail/showroom sales preferred)
• Good computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, basic documentation)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent coordination and follow-up ability
• Target-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
