In- house store management which would include -
- Over all store in-charge;
- Maintenance of records for various materials and consumables;
- Making indents for purchase of items;
- Follow up with vendors for procurement;
- Co-ordination with all department heads for requirements;
- Cost effective management;
- Proper planning for procurements;
- Ensure smooth flow of consumables and materials;
- Effective evaluation of usage etc.
