• Engage with the Bank’s Home Loan and Commercial Vehicle teams to generate and drive business through them.

• Attend morning huddles at bank branches.

• Maintain market share and penetration for the organization.

• Achieve assigned Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets.

• Regularly travel to designated branches.

• Build and strengthen relationships with bank sales teams through consistent engagement and support.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Education: Any Graduate

• Experience: 1–4 years in Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, or Financial Services preferred.

• Skills: Strong relationship management, communication, and sales orientation.
