3D Designer

We are looking for a creative and technically strong 3D Designer to design premium décor products and develop physical prototypes using resin-based 3D printing. The role involves end-to-end ownership—from concept development and 3D modeling to printing, finishing, and preparing models for production and casting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign décor and lifestyle products in 3D CAD software for prototyping and production
• Prepare print-ready 3D files (STL/OBJ) optimized for resin printing and casting
• Operate and manage resin 3D printers (SLA/DLP) including slicing, supports, and post-processing
• Print, clean, cure, and finish resin prototypes for internal reviews and approvals
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and casting teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy
• Modify and iterate designs based on feedback and production constraints
• Maintain organized design files, print logs, and version control
• Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years minimum experience in 3D product design and 3D printing
• Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 / Blender / Rhino / ZBrush (any two preferred)
• Hands-on experience with resin 3D printers and castable resins
• Good understanding of printing parameters, supports, shrinkage, and tolerances
• Experience in home décor, handicrafts, jewelry, sculpture, or product design preferred
• Basic understanding of investment casting / mold-making workflows is a plus
