3D Interior Designer (SketchUp Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models & renders using SketchUp.

• Develop floor plans, layouts, and furniture designs.

• Add textures, lighting, and materials for realism.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors.

• Present designs through walkthroughs & mood boards.

• Stay updated on industry trends & plugins.

Requirements:

• Expert in SketchUp (+ V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion).

• Strong interior design & space planning skills.

• Experience in furniture modeling & rendering.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD & Photoshop is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with good visualization skills.
