- Role Overview
- We are seeking a creative and skilled 3D Visualiser to bring our landscape designs to life. The role involves creating realistic 3D visualisations, renders, and walkthroughs that help clients clearly understand proposed landscaping concepts before execution.
- Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D landscape visualisations, including gardens, outdoor areas, hardscape, and softscape elements
- Develop realistic exterior renders showing planting schemes, lighting, water features, and outdoor furniture
- Collaborate closely with landscape architects and designers to interpret plans, sketches, and concepts
- Produce visual content for client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Apply accurate textures, materials, vegetation, and lighting for realistic results
- Update and revise visualisations based on client and team feedback
- Maintain visual consistency with GreenHomes’ design style and brand identity
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser, preferably in landscape design, architecture, or exterior visualization
- Proficiency in tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or Enscape
- Strong understanding of landscaping elements (plants, terrain, paving, water features, outdoor lighting)
- Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and layouts
- Good sense of scale, composition, and realism
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
- Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of plant types, softscape and hardscape materials
- Experience with animation, fly-throughs, or walkthroughs
- Basic post-production skills (Photoshop or similar)
- Experience with sustainable or eco-friendly landscape design
