Job Summary

GreenHomes is looking for a talented 3D Visualiser to design and render high-quality 3D visuals of prefab modular houses, villas, and complete outdoor environments. The role involves creating ultra-realistic exterior renders, landscaping concepts, façade designs, and site developments aligned with our premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and ultra-realistic renders of prefab modular houses and villas.
• Design and visualise complete outdoor environments including:

• Landscaping & lawns
• Pathways & driveways
• Deck areas & sit-outs
• Boundary walls & gates
• Outdoor lighting concepts
• Site layout planning

• Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environment settings.
• Create client presentation visuals and marketing-ready renders.
• Collaborate with architects, site supervisors, and marketing team.
• Ensure design accuracy as per actual execution feasibility.
• Revise designs based on feedback and site requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Visualization.
• 2–5 years of experience in exterior architectural visualization.
• Strong experience in prefab/modular housing projects preferred.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of façade design, outdoor spatial planning, and landscaping concepts.
• Ability to produce premium, modern, and ultra-realistic renders.
• Strong detailing and composition skills.
