Academic Counsellor

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Academic Counselor with minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling and admissions. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students on academic programs, converting leads into enrollments, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and academic programs
• Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Follow up with prospective students until enrollment
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and walk-in events
