Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and disciplined Admission Counsellor to join our MGA team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, convincing clients, closing admissions, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel doctors and medical professionals about our courses and training programs
- Convince and negotiate with clients to close admissions
- Handle the complete admission process
- Regular follow-ups with prospective and enrolled clients
- Maintain proper records and updates of leads and admissions
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers are welcome (basic English communication required)
- Candidates with prior counselling or sales experience will be preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude
- Ability to handle national and international clients
- Skills RequiredBasic to good English communication
