Academic Counsellor

Job Overview:

As an Academic Counsellor, you’ll guide UPSC aspirants by understanding their goals, explaining the institute’s courses, and helping them choose the best program for their preparation. You’ll also follow up with prospective students to support admissions and maintain records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on UPSC courses, schedules, and preparation strategies.

• Answer enquiries via calls, meetings, and emails with clear, accurate information.

• Follow up with leads to support enrollment and conversion.

• Maintain daily reports, MIS records, and student data.

• Coordinate with academic & admin teams for smooth student support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable, student-friendly attitude with strong follow-up skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets).

• Experience in education/counselling is a plus.
