Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding NEET counselling and admission processes

• Explain courses, colleges, cut-offs, eligibility, and admission procedures clearly

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person / telephonic / online)

• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on inquiries and applications

• Assist students in documentation and admission-related formalities

• Build long-term relationships with students and parents through trust and guidance

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing

• Stay updated with NEET exam trends, counselling rounds, and policy changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand student needs and provide practical guidance

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)

• Fluent in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)

• Patient, empathetic, and result-oriented attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in education counseling

• Knowledge of NEET, medical colleges, or entrance exams

• Passion for student mentoring and career guidance
