Academic Counsellor

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding available computer courses and career paths
• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp & online leads
• Explain course details, duration, fees, and placement support clearly
• Convert enquiries into admissions
• Maintain student enquiry records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with trainers and management for batch planning
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention
• Assist in basic administrative and front-office tasks

✅ Eligibility & Skills Required

• Female candidate preferred
• Minimum 2 years of counselling or front-office experience (up to 15 years welcome)
• Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, internet)
• Preferred experience in institutes like Aptech, DISCi, NIIT, or similar training institutes
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Confident, presentable, and student-friendly attitude
• Ability to meet admission targets
