Job Summary:

The Counselor will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable IT courses. The role involves student engagement, admissions support, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries regarding IT training programs.
• Understand student background, career objectives, and recommend appropriate courses.
• Explain course details, duration, fees, certifications, internships, and placement support clearly.
• Handle admission process including documentation, fee coordination, and enrollment confirmation.
• Conduct follow-up calls with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for batch details and student onboarding.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by management.
• Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and education fairs.
• Address student queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and trust.

Salary : Fixed Salary + Incentives
