Salary- 17,000-19,000 (Plus Incentives)

Working Days:- 6 Days Working (Tuesday week off)

Working Hours:- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Roles & Responsibilities

·      Contact potential enquiries via call or messages to introduce the services

·      Follow up with enquiries

·      Maintain accurate and complete records of Data of interaction with clients

·      Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

·      Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

·      Should be good in writing E mails

·      Ability to influence others

·      Should have convincing power

·      Should be familiar with basic MS office (MS excel, MS word)

·      Good listening skills

·      Patience and persistence

·      Should be multi tasker

·      Should be familiar with customer relationship concept

·      High school/Graduation or equivalent
