Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to manage daily accounting operations. The candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software, especially BUSY.
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
- Handle voucher entries (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment & Receipt)
- Manage Debtors & Creditors accounts
- Record and reconcile bank entries
- Prepare and maintain Credit Notes & Debit Notes
- Assist in GST compliance, including GSTR filings and reconciliation
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes
- Requirements:Good knowledge of basic accounting concepts
- Working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software
- Understanding of GST (GSTR filing & reconciliation)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
