Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage billing, accounts records, client coordination and daily office follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

Maintain sales entries, purchase entries and daily accounting records

Prepare invoices, challans, e-way bills and payment follow-up

Handle client queries and coordinate with the sales/operations team

Maintain ledger updates, petty cash and documentation

Prepare reports and assist in GST-related work

Ensure timely collection of payments

Support office tasks whenever required

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Accounting (Tally preferred but not mandatory)

Good communication and follow-up skills

Excel / MS Office knowledge

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Attention to detail

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / Accounting & Finance / Any Commerce Graduate
