Account Executive (Accounting)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and providing periodical financial reports to support business decision-making.

• Daily Bookkeeping: Record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses, into accounting software like Tally Prime and Busy
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts
• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations to ensure data integrity
• Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors, preparing necessary documentation and schedules for statutory and tax audits
• Payroll & Payments: Manage employee payroll processing, expense reimbursements, and timely vendor payments and collections from the customers
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience in a similar office environment
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Tally Prime and Busy software.
• Reasonably Good MS Excel skills
• The candidate should posess a good analytical mindset, should have good concentration to detail, and the ability to communicate financial data clearly
• Salary Range ₹15,000 to 22,000 per month depending on knowledge and experience
• Stable track record
