Job Summary Manoj Plastics is seeking an experienced Accounts Head to manage and oversee the company’s accounting, finance, and compliance functions. The role requires strong expertise in accounting operations along with hands-on experience in store, logistics, purchase coordination, MIS reporting, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Finalization of accounts, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements
• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost controls
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making

Purchase & Store Coordination

• Monitor purchase accounting, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with purchase and store teams for inventory control
• Ensure proper recording of inward/outward stock transactions

Logistics & Operations Support

• Accounting and documentation related to logistics and dispatch
• Reconciliation of freight, transportation, and logistics expenses

Audit & Compliance

• Manage internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Liaison with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities
• Required Skills & Qualifications8–12 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Experience handling store, logistics, and purchase accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Preferred BackgroundExperience in manufacturing or plastic industry preferred
• Ability to handle multiple functions independently
