Job Title: Account Manager – Real Estate

Location: Delhi NCR

Mera Wazood is a growing real estate platform focused on connecting property buyers, sellers, dealers, and referral partners through a seamless and transparent ecosystem.

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager who can act as a bridge between real estate dealers (brokers) and referral partners. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships, managing leads, and ensuring smooth deal closures.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate dealers (brokers) and referral partners

- Connect buyers, sellers, and rental clients with relevant dealers

- Coordinate with sales, technical, and marketing teams for smooth deal closures

- Conduct product/service demos and walkthroughs when required

- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely conversions

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline in CRM systems

- Support the sales team in closing deals by resolving client queries

- Perform market research and competitor analysis

- Ensure continuous engagement with dealers to generate business opportunities

 

 

Key Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate / sales / account management

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

- Basic understanding of real estate transactions (buy/sell/rent)

- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

- Self-motivated and target-oriented

- Own transportation (Bike or Car)

 

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with real estate brokers or channel partners

- Good networking and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently
